Apple cider vinegar The amount of menstrual blood can be reduced about 50% by taking two teaspoonsful of apple cider vinegar three times a day with meals. Vinegar safeguards the body from loss of blood.
Chlorophyll To regulate menstrual periods in cases of bleeding and hemorrhaging, liquid chlorophyll is very helpful. Greens control calcium in the body, and menstrual blood has 40 times as much calcium as regular blood and the chlorophyll will help replenish it. Chlorophyll is also a rich source of vitamin K - the anti-hemorrhagic vitamin. Take 2-3 teaspoons in a glass of water five or six times a day.
