I get these hard white ball shaped things on my facial skin

Question: I get these hard white ball shaped things in my facial skin. They do not go away and it have to pop them out with a pin. Also, I get a large red painful mound on my face that does not come to a head ans lasts for weeks. How do I cure and prevent this? I am a 51 years old female.

I need help to treat Neuro Dermatitis

Question: I have had neuro dermatitis for over a year on my neck caused from an allergy to eye drops. No rash - just sever itching and skin burning. Using a compound (no preservatives) steroid cream and vistaril. I cannot find your cure suggestions on this. Thank you very much.

Question about a very dry Scalp

Question: I'm a stylist who has been doing hair for 15 years. I have a client who has a very dry scalp, which is not unusual since we live in a very dry climate. I was reading up about dry scalp remedies here on this site, and it seems that "dandruff" is apparently the same thing. I'm obviously not a medical doctor, however I was taught that dandruff is the result of having overactive sebaceous glands ( oil producing glands) that produce thick, yellow flakes which have a pungent odor. Quite the opposite of white, dry flakes. Shouldn't the treatment options be different for these 2 very different disorders?
