At Health911 we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. Our return goods policy is outlined below.
Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
When your order arrives, please examine it carefully to make sure you received the correct product/s and that they are not damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If one or more of your products is not correct or if it is damaged, please call us immediately at 877-714-3522 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with the following information:
Your Order Number
The Name/Size/Quantity of the Incorrect or Damaged Product/s
The Name/Size/Quantity of all Incorrect Product/s to be replaced
Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Health911 before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.
We will ship you a replacement or issue credit immediately upon confirmation!

Please note: All exchanges or returns must be sent to the above address within 30 days of the order being received. No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.
